Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects within the Strategic Fulfillment Programs portfolio, specifically impacting the Columbus, Ohio distribution center
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and key milestones
• Track and manage project performance against defined KPIs and deliverables
• Identify, document, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
• Facilitate project-level meetings to drive progress and resolve issues
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, Program Managers, and PMO to ensure alignment and execution
• Prepare and communicate project updates, status reports, and required decisions
• Sustain strong working relationships with Distribution Center Operations teams

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 4-6 years of experience in consulting or project management
• 2+ years of experience in a lead project management role within supply chain or distribution
• Proven experience leading physical infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to influence peers and leadership and drive consensus in changing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience with industry-standard program and project management tools
