Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre-RFP alignment through to go-live, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are validated.
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including accountability, escalation paths, and decision-making checkpoints.
• Maintain live project and risk registers to track progress, dependencies, financial exposure, and compliance.
• Serve as the central coordination point across Commercial, Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Manage third-party and vendor risk, ensuring onboarding meets data protection and regulatory standards.
• Oversee internal strategic initiatives, including process transformations and system rollouts.
• Maintain executive dashboards and PMO reports to provide leadership with real-time visibility into project health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or programme management, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-workstream projects and implementing robust governance.
• Strong financial acumen, including cost modelling, budget tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Expertise in risk management and the ability to proactively identify and escalate potential issues.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent professional certification.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
