Responsibilities

• Lead pre-RFP alignment sessions to validate scope, timeline, resource availability, and budget assumptions
• Establish and enforce handover frameworks from RFP to delivery
• Design and maintain project governance frameworks, accountability, and escalation paths
• Maintain live project and risk registers covering progress, dependencies, and financial exposure
• Serve as the central coordination point across Commercial, Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal, and Delivery
• Oversee vendor and third-party onboarding governance and risk management
• Extend PM frameworks to internal strategic initiatives and process transformations
• Develop and maintain standardized PM tools, templates, and procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years in project or programme management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects
• Strong financial acumen including cost modelling, budget tracking, and ROI analysis
• Ability to influence without authority across various business functions
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Proven ability to work in fast-scaling environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise technology delivery
• Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation
