Project Manager Logistics Excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead global logistics and distribution excellence projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify and implement best practices in transportation, warehousing, and distribution to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with regional supply chain teams, manufacturing sites, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Support the deployment of digital logistics tools such as TMS and WMS, ensuring effective change management.
• Drive initiatives that support environmental goals, including CO2 reduction and packaging optimization.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Proven expertise in Project Management and Change Management.
• Strong knowledge of transport services markets and warehousing operations.
• Proficiency in SAP processes.
• Experience with continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.
• Advanced negotiation skills and experience communicating with senior/executive stakeholders.
• Experience in people management and working across different cultures.
• Professional English language abilities.
• Strong analytical and proactive communication skills.
