About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish overall success criteria for projects including time, cost, and technical parameters
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams
- Manage contracts for services and commissions in line with group policy
- Lead project planning and advise on detailed project plans
- Advise on the procurement of design and construction resources
- Monitor performance using KPIs to improve project outcomes
- Manage the change control process
- Monitor and advise upon project finances and budgets
- Manage information flow between the team and the client
- Produce formal project progress reports
- Manage and monitor design teams and contractors according to scope
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in industrial, logistics, or office construction projects
- Experience working in the Spanish market
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in written reporting
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan
