Project Manager Logistic & Industrial Construction

Responsibilities

• Establish overall success criteria for projects including time, cost, and technical parameters
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams
• Manage contracts for services and commissions in line with group policy
• Lead project planning and advise on detailed project plans
• Advise on the procurement of design and construction resources
• Monitor performance using KPIs to improve project outcomes
• Manage the change control process
• Monitor and advise upon project finances and budgets
• Manage information flow between the team and the client
• Produce formal project progress reports
• Manage and monitor design teams and contractors according to scope

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in industrial, logistics, or office construction projects
• Experience working in the Spanish market
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in written reporting
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan
