Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and efficiency upgrade projects at operating facilities, managing scope, cost, schedule, and delivery from planning through startup and closeout
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, typically ranging from $500K to $4M
• Provide hands-on engineering support for field coordination, turnarounds, and capital upgrades
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, safety, and business teams to execute projects using standard processes
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance by enforcing standards and overseeing contractor and construction activities
• Track project progress, control costs and schedules, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Communicate project status and align cross-functional teams, including engineers and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, project engineering, project management, or construction management within an operating facility
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the industrial gas or chemical industry
• Strong knowledge of project development, scope definition, execution planning, change management, and cost, schedule, and resource control

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Familiarity with the design and operation of industrial gas facilities
