Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist transaction teams with review of lease language and work letters
• Assess vacant spaces for make-ready improvements and construction constraints
• Prepare space plans, pricing plans, and project budgets for tenant improvement projects
• Provide initial scheduling and budgeting information during project planning
• Oversee bidding, bid leveling, and job awarding for Architects, General Contractors, and Furniture providers
• Coordinate development of Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings
• Monitor general contractor performance to ensure quality, budget, and schedule compliance
• Manage client documentation, project status reports, and change orders
• Coordinate office moves, relocations, and decommissioning of corporate environments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in real estate, design, architecture, or general contracting
• Experience within the commercial office interior sector preferred
• General familiarity with the commercial real estate industry
• Technical knowledge of interior and exterior building and site construction components
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
• Ability to read and understand floor plans
• Ability to travel up to 50%
