Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee execution of all project phases and ensure adherence to schedules and financial constraints
• Track project costs against program budget and report variances
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes
• Lead and motivate project teams through task delegation and performance monitoring
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in commercial real estate
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello
• Demonstrated capability in vendor management and negotiation
