About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring client objectives in cost, time, and quality are met
- Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and control schedules, budgets, costs, and contracts
- Manage General Contractors and suppliers/consultants hired directly by the client
- Analyze construction proposals, scopes, measurements, and costs, approving CAPEX and budget estimates
- Monitor critical project milestones and mitigate risks of delays or schedule deviations
- Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders to present status and decisions
- Evaluate payment requests, final invoices, retentions, and contractual closing documents
- Represent the client in claims, disputes, changes, and change orders
- Coordinate building handover, including final documentation, warranties, and transition to operations
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related construction field
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Sector experience, preferably in Mission Critical and Construction for Life Sciences
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
