Project Manager - Life Sciences

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring client objectives in cost, time, and quality are met
• Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control schedules, budgets, costs, and contracts
• Manage General Contractors and suppliers/consultants hired directly by the client
• Analyze construction proposals, scopes, measurements, and costs, approving CAPEX and budget estimates
• Monitor critical project milestones and mitigate risks of delays or schedule deviations
• Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders to present status and decisions
• Evaluate payment requests, final invoices, retentions, and contractual closing documents
• Represent the client in claims, disputes, changes, and change orders
• Coordinate building handover, including final documentation, warranties, and transition to operations

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related construction field
• Relevant experience in a similar position
• Sector experience, preferably in Mission Critical and Construction for Life Sciences
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
