Project Manager, Life Sciences

Responsibilities

• Own client projects end-to-end, using Cellbyte's AI platform to turn pharma market access, pricing, and launch questions into high-quality analyses.
• Translate complex client questions into structured analyses and decision-ready deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day project delivery, including workstream planning, timeline management, and workflow automation.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for client teams to build trust through responsiveness and quality.
• Partner with founders and domain experts to drive deeper market-access conversations.
• Provide feedback to the product team to help shape new features, templates, and repeatable delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or a commercial/analytical role.
• Professional exposure to pharma, market access, pricing, or life sciences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and handle stakeholder management.
• Comfort working hands-on with data and utilizing AI tools to build analyses.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier consultancy or a life sciences/analytics vendor.
• Proficiency in German or French.
• Experience with light coding or advanced AI tool implementation.
