Project Manager - Life Science

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plans, change management, and work within projects
• Drive and lead projects according to set timelines, quality, and budget
• Take responsibility for project results before a steering group
• Manage project stakeholders and risks
• Lead and engage project team members

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical or biotechnological education
• Experience leading projects within Life Science with budget responsibility and steering group reporting
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment and other GxP areas
• Strong ability to communicate and manage diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in change management
• Experience implementing new equipment, processes, or technologies
