Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex customer engagements and cross-functional project initiatives from initiation through delivery.
• Drive project planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain project schedules, risk registers, governance documentation, and executive-ready status reports.
• Facilitate alignment across Engineering, Product Management, Testing, Operations, Legal, and Sales teams.
• Lead customer communications, governance discussions, and project status meetings to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies while driving accountability and resolution across teams.
• Manage scope and change control efforts to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management, PMO, or equivalent delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing projects within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience working within Agile, hybrid, or structured project delivery environments.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project execution skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Experience working within government, regulated, or highly compliance-driven environments.
• Familiarity with state, local, or federal government contracts and compliance obligations.
• Experience supporting enterprise delivery initiatives or public sector programs.
