Project Manager Level III

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets based on client requirements
• Lead cross-functional project teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Create and submit detailed reports, including monthly man-hour reporting and project status updates
• Attend project kick-offs, site surveys, and quarterly site visits with clients
• Oversee final invoicing and submission of the Record of Completion (RoC)

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of project management experience in a technical environment
• Experience in electronic security, fire alarm, building automation, or AV systems
• PMP Certification and/or industry-specific certifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean record

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience and team leadership
• Experience in government contracting and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of IT networking principles
• Experience with Corps of Engineers Huntsville Center contract vehicles
