Project Manager - Learning Solutions

Responsibilities

• Optimize resource planning to support pre-sales and sales processes
• Monitor and control value stream delivery, budget, and forecasts for Japan and South Korea
• Manage project deployment, documentation, and team operational support
• Lead people management including performance reviews and development plans
• Manage stakeholder interactions and client escalations
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and problem-solving workshops
• Support local accounting with invoicing instructions and purchase requests
• Monitor operational KPIs, service quality, and client satisfaction trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO/TISAX certifications
• Develop resource plans to maximize business opportunities and ensure high-quality delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in service delivery or shared services within learning and development outsourcing
• Experience leading and developing people
• Experience in project management, coaching, and process improvement
• Proficiency in Japanese and fluent English (written and spoken)
• Understanding of data collection, ETL, and business analytics
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends in Japan and South Korea

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certified Project Manager
• Certified coach by an industry-recognized body
• Experience in Benchmarking and Lean Management
• Knowledge of Korean language
