Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project plan, timeline, and milestone schedule across all program tracks
• Manage the project budget and resource allocation
• Build, lead, and manage the project team including project specialists
• Track, measure, and report project performance to senior leadership
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep delivery on track
• Drive B2B sales with corporate clients across training, certification, and facility-based programs
• Build and maintain a rolling six-month programs calendar
• Manage strategic relationships with international certification bodies
• Oversee B2C certification sales and inbound inquiry management
• Own the requirements and acceptance of a unified digital platform

Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management experience with commercial exposure
• Background in training, L&D, or a related domain
• Demonstrated B2B sales or business development experience
• Strong organizational skills managing calendars, teams, and budgets
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• AI-fluent with real workflow integration for research, planning, and analysis
• Saudi national preferred
