Project Manager - Learning & Development

Responsibilities

• Lead the Star B2C Programs unit, managing professional certification programs and premium facility activations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestone schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Build, lead, and manage the project team, including project specialists.
• Drive B2B sales with corporate clients across training, certification, and facility-based programs.
• Manage strategic relationships and renewal negotiations with international certification bodies.
• Oversee B2C certification sales, facility program sales, and inbound inquiry management.
• Build and maintain a rolling six-month programs calendar.
• Track, measure, and report project performance and commercial metrics to senior leadership.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management experience, specifically with exposure to commercial or revenue-generating projects.
• Background in training, Learning & Development (L&D), or a related domain.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or business development, including building and closing corporate relationships.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• High level of AI fluency, with experience integrating AI tools into professional workflows for research, planning, and execution.
• Strong organizational skills to manage calendars, teams, budgets, and sales pipelines simultaneously.
• Saudi national preferred.
