Project Manager - Landscape Architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex landscape architecture projects from conceptual design through construction administration
• Oversee workload distribution and manage team backlog
• Review and approve design concepts, technical documents, and construction details
• Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure project quality
• Mentor team members and support professional growth
• Oversee project budgets and monitor financial performance
• Cultivate client relationships and lead proposal preparation
• Collaborate with other disciplines and regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban/Regional/Community Planning, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in planning, design, or related field
• RLA licensure required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong expertise in design, planning, and regulatory standards
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
