Responsibilities

• Design, drive, and lead landscape architecture assignments
• Maintain and manage an established network to contribute to project inflow
• Apply a business perspective to strengthen assignments and customer relations to develop the business
• Strategically establish and grow the landscape team in the Gothenburg market
• Identify business opportunities and package offerings to drive growth

Requirements

• Degree in five-year landscape architecture or equivalent
• At least ten years of relevant professional experience
• Experience as a project manager or assistant project manager in landscape architecture
• Existing client contacts and experience in business development
• Strong understanding of business models, profitability, and market analysis
• Strong design capabilities and high ambition levels
• Ability to build and lead teams
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
