Project Manager, Laboratory

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Sponsors regarding ICON services and day-to-day study management
• Manage 10-15 clinical studies in strict accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Represent ICON at Sponsor meetings and provide regular management reports on study progress
• Coordinate project and programme management delivery while resolving operational issues
• Provide ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel and contribute to team capability development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related relevant field
• Proven project management experience within a laboratory or clinical research setting
• Ability to manage multiple studies concurrently while meeting strict timelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional Sponsor interaction
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills for managing study documentation
