About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Product Manager for labeling schemes, designing and deploying recognition programs with a focus on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
  • Analyze client needs to define technical frameworks and objectives.
  • Design technical grids, scoring systems, and required evidence for audits.
  • Draft labeling regulations, report templates, and FAQs.
  • Manage pilot audits and supervise internal/external auditors.
  • Coordinate between Sales, IT, and Back-office departments.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and maintain technical watch on CSR trends.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in technical project management, ideally in B2B services.
  • Experience in creating labels, internal audit programs, or certification schemes, preferably with a CSR dimension.
  • Proven experience conducting quality audits (ISO, internal quality, labeling, etc.).
  • Strong ability to mobilize internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and diplomatic skills to build relationships with SMEs and large groups.
