Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from order receipt through shipment and completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Finance
• Review purchase orders and proposals to ensure alignment with customer specifications
• Prepare and administer change orders and negotiate customer-requested modifications
• Monitor project financial performance, including invoicing, budget tracking, and profitability
• Coordinate project schedules, milestone tracking, and documentation submittals
• Resolve issues related to equipment design, quality requirements, and manufacturing readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, or a related engineering environment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with system integration projects
• Familiarity with centrifugal pumps, motors, and control systems
• Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Access, or SQL
• Project Management certification or related professional development
