Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on project activities to ensure quality, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and create conditions for effective collaboration
• Build and develop strong customer relationships and drive dialogues with stakeholders
• Identify, manage, and follow up on risks, dependencies, and changes in projects
• Ensure project progress through a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Contribute a holistic perspective by understanding technical, organizational, and business aspects
• Participate in the development of future energy solutions

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Civilingenjör or Högskoleingenjör) in a relevant technical field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in project management
• At least 3 years of relevant experience within technical or engineering operations
• Experience planning, coordinating, and following up on technical projects
• Formal project management education
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience from the energy sector or companies such as Hitachi Energy, ABB, or Siemens
