Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Build the Project and Development Services (P&DS) business in the UAE through business development, pitching, and strategic planning.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, including design, construction, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Lead project teams to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant deliverables while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Oversee procurement activities, including pre-qualification, tendering, and evaluation.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, and progress billings.
• Coordinate closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to optimize project solutions.
• Monitor service delivery standards and implement corrective measures to maintain a client-centric culture.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and close-out manuals.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years specifically in the Middle East.
• Proven experience managing major international projects.
• Previous PMC/PMO experience within a reputable international firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional memberships such as PMP, CIOB, or C.Eng.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
