Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects at Yas Marina Circuit.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes to ensure delivery within defined parameters.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and consultants to align project goals.
• Monitor project deliverables and progress while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports to clients and senior management.
• Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team to ensure efficient task completion.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies, quality control, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
• At least 10 years of specific project management experience within the UAE.
• PMP, Prince2, or an equivalent project management certification.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability to join the team is required.
