Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle management for customer implementations, platform enhancements, and internal initiatives
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and provide clear status reporting to leadership
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure development teams have clear priorities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing communications across technical and non-technical audiences
• Track project metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement to build scalable project management practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or logistics technology
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, or a similar recognized certification
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
• Ability to work split shifts to cover both US and India time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customs, logistics, trade compliance, or supply chain software
• Familiarity with API integrations or enterprise system implementations
• Experience managing projects across multiple global time zones
• Background working with US or global enterprise clients
