Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through final delivery
• Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
• Monitor project performance and address risks, delays, or scope changes
• Coordinate activities between Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Quality
• Act as the primary customer contact and provide regular progress reports
• Maintain accurate project documentation and track KPIs within ERP systems
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project execution

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience
• Post-secondary education in PMP, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, heavy equipment, or industrial environments
• PMP designation or progress toward certification
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and manufacturing workflows
• Experience with ERP platforms like Business Central, SAP, or Epicor
