Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and activities for multiple projects and develop staffing plans and schedules
• Lead and manage a team of Kiewit engineers and designers
• Manage the design team to ensure scope is met while producing quality deliverables within budget
• Facilitate work planning activities, oversee man-hour development, and quality management
• Implement project controls measures and conduct periodic project reviews
• Interface and maintain relationships with Owners and design partners
• Mentor and develop technical capabilities of design staff

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar related experience
• Prior experience as Project Manager, Design Manager, or Engineering Manager
• Knowledge of engineering and construction standards, scheduling, and contracts
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
