Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and activities for multiple projects and develop staffing plans and schedules
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers to execute project scope
• Manage design team to ensure quality deliverables within schedule and budget
• Facilitate work planning, man-hour development, quality management, and risk/change management
• Implement project controls and conduct periodic project reviews
• Interface and maintain relationships with Owners and design partners
• Mentor and develop technical capabilities of design staff

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Prior experience as Project Manager, Design Manager, or Engineering Manager
• Knowledge of engineering and construction standards, scheduling, and contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
