Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and activities for multiple projects, including developing staffing plans and schedules to meet delivery requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers to ensure successful execution of project scope activities.
• Oversee the design team to ensure quality deliverables are produced within schedule, budget, and risk management parameters.
• Facilitate work planning, man-hour development, quality management, and risk/change management.
• Implement project control measures and conduct periodic reviews to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Interface and maintain professional relationships with owners and design partners.
• Mentor and develop the technical capabilities of the design staff.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related position.
• Prior experience as a Project Manager, Design Manager, or Engineering Manager.
• Experience including engineering, estimating, contracts management, and client relations.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and construction standards, scheduling, and multi-discipline coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
