Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day design and construction activities ensuring safety and quality standards
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure performance standards are met
• Oversee project finances, programmes, and delivery plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the project team
• Lead and develop the project team in an inclusive environment

Requirements

• Proven experience leading construction projects
• Understanding of industry contract conditions
• Professional qualification or working towards CIOB or RICS membership
• Valid CSCS card
• SMSTS certification
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sound commercial awareness
