About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day design and construction activities ensuring safety and quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure performance standards are met
- Oversee project finances, programmes, and delivery plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the project team
- Lead and develop the project team in an inclusive environment
Requirements
- Proven experience leading construction projects
- Understanding of industry contract conditions
- Professional qualification or working towards CIOB or RICS membership
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS certification
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound commercial awareness
