About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Work collaboratively with teams, clients, designers, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Provide leadership and direction for the team and identify/develop talent
- Manage procurement processes for equipment, materials, and services within budget and programme
- Implement company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety
Requirements
- Full Driving licence
- Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Experience working on a variety of projects in the water sector
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations
