Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of the front of house building
• Manage performance of H&S, site teams, and subcontractors to achieve programme requirements
• Collaborate with the commercial team to monitor and report on financial status
• Ensure adherence to quality standards
• Build excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Mentor and support the team to develop others
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental policies

Requirements

• Significant experience in delivering large-scale construction projects, particularly steel frame buildings
• Skilled at managing project budgets and programmes
• Relevant construction qualifications (HND/Degree or equivalent)
• SMSTS certification
• CSCS Card
• Full driving licence
• Ability to complete a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check
