About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of the Central Facilities building project section
- Ensure completion on time and on budget while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate with the commercial team on financial reporting
- Oversee compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
- Develop collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and support site teams to nurture talent and build capabilities
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering large-scale projects, specifically with large concrete structures and steel frame construction
- Expert knowledge of delivering full build projects of significant size
- Relevant construction qualifications (HND/Degree)
- Professional membership (CIOB/ICE)
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS Card
- Valid driving licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
