Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day design and construction of projects valued up to £15m
• Drive the safety, health, environmental, and wellbeing culture across the project site
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards
• Oversee project delivery, including programme management, design coordination, and quality control
• Manage project finances, including revenue, costs, and cashflow to maximise profitability
• Line manage project staff, conducting performance reviews and supporting professional development

Requirements

• Proven experience leading operational construction projects
• Strong knowledge of contract conditions within the construction industry
• Professional membership (e.g., CIOB or RICS) or actively working towards it
• Valid CSCS and SMSTS qualifications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong commercial awareness and a commitment to health, safety, and risk management
