Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans including milestones, tasks, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Product Development, Customer Success, and Support
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and progress reports
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and generate detailed status reports
• Ensure all deliverables are completed, tested, and approved by the client before handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or SaaS environments
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar certification
