Project Manager-Key Account Lead

About the Company

Our client is an internationally established engineering consultancy with 500+ engineers and detailers across 5 countries. They deliver BIM enabled engineering services, such as Structural or MEP engineering for buildings and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for strategic international clients in the USA, Europe, Australia, and the Gulf
• Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new service offerings
• Manage quotations, negotiations, change orders, invoicing, and collections
• Lead a team of 30–50 engineers, including Team Leaders and QC staff
• Plan, schedule, and execute 5–15 concurrent projects ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
• Own revenue, utilization, margins, and financial performance
• Develop master schedules and break projects into structured work packages
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor engineers while driving low attrition
• Maintain strict QA/QC standards and conduct Root Cause Analysis
• Drive productivity via automation, parametric tools, and AI

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
• 10–20 years of total professional experience
• 7–10+ years hands-on experience in Steel Detailing (Tekla) or Structural BIM
• 4–6+ years of full-cycle Project Management experience
• 3–5+ years leading teams of 15–50 members
• Mandatory experience working with international clients
• Strong background in Structural Steel Detailing, BIM, or Engineering Services
• Proficiency in Tekla, Revit, and BIM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• M.E./M.Tech degree
• PMP, Tekla, Revit, or BIM certifications
• Experience managing key accounts valued at ₹5 Cr+
