About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all project activities and personnel
- Coordinate with Estimating Department for trade award schedules
- Manage compliance with project documents, drawings, and specifications
- Facilitate internal and building kick-off meetings
- Prepare progress reports, schedule updates, and financial reports
- Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and unions
- Forecast and track labor, managerial, and material costs
- Monitor project scope changes and negotiate fee adjustments
- Manage project budget, expenses, and invoicing
- Ensure subcontractor insurance compliance and resolve claims
- Oversee punchlist completion and Department of Buildings sign-off
- Organize and deliver project close-out and As-Built documents
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant Project Manager experience
- Experience building for city and/or state agencies preferred
- Strong client relations and collaborative skills
- Proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Procore experience
- Timberline experience
- 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification
- 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certification
