About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of mission critical and infrastructure projects
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage change orders
  • Implement quality control processes and conduct inspections
  • Maintain project schedules and implement corrective actions for delays
  • Establish communication channels with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and resolve claims during close-out
  • Enforce safety regulations and industry best practices on construction sites

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or related field
  • At least ten years of relevant experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience in general contracting or construction management of mission critical projects
  • In-depth knowledge of construction principles, codes, and regulations
  • Proficiency in reading Mission Critical and Infrastructure construction plans
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification
  • 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certification
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Timberline, and Bluebeam
