Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between the client, design team, consultants, and subcontractors
• Lead project administration including document control, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
• Prepare and track project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
• Oversee project financial controls, change orders, billing, and subcontractor payments
• Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Superintendent
• Partner with field staff to coordinate daily construction activities and monitor quality
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, and claims
• Manage multiple concurrent projects up to $10M or lead large-scale projects
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial healthcare or hospital construction
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in active or occupied hospital environments
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting commercial construction drawings and specifications
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Timberline preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certification
