Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of strategic enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Serve as a key project leader for major programs, including ERP implementation
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, and IT business units
• Coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners
• Establish and enforce project management standards, tools, and reporting practices
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Lead project communications and provide regular updates to leadership
• Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and training coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the construction management industry
• Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, or SaaS platforms
• PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar professional certification
