About the role
Responsibilities
- Document and control effort and cost estimations aligned with business requirements
- Create, maintain, and update work plans and project critical paths
- Provide comprehensive project follow-up through all phases: analysis, design, construction, testing, and production release
- Coordinate activities between technical teams and business areas to ensure project objectives are met
- Generate progress, risk, impediment, and status reports for the Project Management Office and stakeholders
- Identify delivery scenarios considering risks, dependencies, and scope changes
- Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans during project execution
- Monitor compliance with milestones, commitment dates, and deliverables
- Track budgets and financial control for assigned projects
- Participate in follow-up, planning, and control meetings with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar roles
- Knowledge of PMI and Scrum methodologies
- Experience in technology project management and tracking
- Knowledge of budget administration and control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for planning and monitoring
- Experience creating schedules, critical paths, and executive reports
- Knowledge of project metrics and tracking
- Experience managing risks, issues, and action plans
- Degree in Systems, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field
