Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of complex automation projects from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and executive leadership
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure delivery within financial constraints
• Oversee project teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges regularly to clients and executive leadership
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior or lead project management role
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget
• Practical experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum
• Proficiency in project management software including MS Project, Jira, or Asana
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent professional certification
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
• Strong financial acumen
