Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the site is run in a safe and efficient manner reflecting high company standards
• Maximize the commercial performance of the contract
• Produce procurement schedules and liaise with the procurement department for adequate resources
• Forecast costs, manage scope meticulously, and manage unplanned construction work costs
• Report risks and opportunities to the senior management team
• Deliver work to specified quality without defects
• Implement Project Plans, RAMS, ITPs, and waste management plans
• Maintain detailed site diaries and records while driving cost efficiency

Requirements

• Experience managing Tunnelling and Shaft projects in highly regulated UK environments
• Previous experience with TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) is required
• Proficiency in NEC contracts, including contract and change management
• Experience in Design Management, Programme & Risk Management, and CVR production
• Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• SMSTS certification
• Ability to manage and deliver successful projects with minimal guidance
