Project Manager (Joinery)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the fit-out phase of joinery projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage the design and construction process, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead design management teams to develop solutions that meet client expectations and budget constraints.
• Administer complex contracts and ensure compliance from contractors and consultants.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Support procurement through the compilation of tender documents and critical review of tender returns.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status updates and issues to all stakeholders.
• Manage all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and processes.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and leases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Commercial and Hospitality industries.
• Professional certification in project management, such as PMP.
