Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and implementation to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Coordinate and manage resources, including staff and contractors, to optimize performance
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes to maintain quality standards
- Prepare and present project documentation, including reports and presentations for senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the construction or lumber industry
