Project Manager IRT Client Services (CSPM)

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational aspects of projects and programs to ensure work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices
• Create, track, and report on project timelines and milestones
• Produce and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee project financials, including tracking deliverables, managing budgets, and approving invoices
• Coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and resources both within and outside the organization
• Lead problem-solving and resolution efforts to keep projects on track
• Provide input into project proposals and RFPs
• Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements
• Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of Interactive Response Technology (IRT)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results according to quality and timeline metrics
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to work with minimal direction and exercise good judgment
