Project Manager - Investment Strategy and Policies

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate investment and trade transformation projects to ensure alignment with RTA’s investment strategy and financial sustainability.
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of the Authority’s investment strategy and transformation systems.
• Support the development and updating of policies, procedures, and frameworks governing investment and commercial activities.
• Conduct market research and sectoral analysis to identify investment trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead project teams by defining scope, deliverables, and execution plans while monitoring task completion.
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments, consultants, and partners to ensure timely reporting and coordination.
• Monitor project progress, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Analyze project performance data to propose process enhancements and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

• Emirati nationality is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with at least 8 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree in Business Administration with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically within investment or commercial sectors.
• Strong ability to lead teams and manage complex project lifecycles.
• Proficiency in conducting market research and sectoral analysis.
