Project Manager - Investment Strategy and Policies

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate investment and trade transformation projects to ensure alignment with RTA’s investment strategy and financial sustainability.
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of the Authority’s investment strategy and transformation system.
• Support the development and updating of policies, procedures, and frameworks governing investment and commercial activities.
• Conduct market research and sectoral analysis to identify investment trends and support decision-making.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and execution plans while monitoring progress and assessing risks.
• Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and maintain communication with internal departments, consultants, and partners.
• Analyze project performance data and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
• Prepare tenders, contracts, and project documentation in compliance with internal policies and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance.
• 11+ years of relevant experience if holding a Bachelor's degree.
• 9+ years of relevant experience if holding a Master's degree.
• Proven expertise in project management.
• Strong skills in market research and sectoral analysis.
