Project Manager - International Environmental Services

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions and necessary resources for environmental projects
• Develop technical and commercial offers for waste management, remediation, and industrial cleaning
• Prepare, organize, and lead operational activities on-site
• Supervise operational teams and subcontractors
• Manage project administration, finances, and contract management
• Act as the primary interface with clients, project owners, and engineering offices
• Provide internal and external reporting, including technical reports and KPI tracking
• Implement commercial strategies to prospect and develop a client portfolio in environmental services

Requirements

• Engineer degree with at least 5 years of experience, or a Bac+2 degree with at least 10 years of experience
• Proven expertise in waste management, soil remediation, industrial cleaning, or energy transition
• Essential experience in the international Oil & Gas sector
• Strong project management skills with solid financial and administrative knowledge
• Demonstrated experience managing multicultural teams and subcontractors
• Fluency in English is required
• Full mobility and willingness to travel internationally, primarily to Africa
