Project Manager Intern

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks including preparing invoices, estimates, and draft planning templates
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job sites
• Track and report on project progress and documentation status
• Manage internal and external project documents and maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Support global and regional document owners with protocol formulas for documentation submissions
• Perform Quality Control (QC) and editing of study documents prior to system upload
• Implement documentation and change control using electronic management systems
• Review and analyze proposed changes to controlled documentation and report risks to the PMO

Requirements

• Engineering background (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred)
• Final year student or recent graduate (within the last 2-3 years)
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
• Proficiency in Spanish (C1 level)
• Proactive, dynamic, and task-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role for approximately 1 year
